there surface rust on these two outaside rims on this Case 2670.
i think rain water settled in there on the duall rims and sat.
now it's all brown. how can i get this off and then do them in silver like original?

Most guys, I believe, use a twisted wire wheel, to remove most of the rust, then acid wash to get what remains, so that it isn't still working under the paint.

How much effort do you want to go to? has it ever had fluid in it? I just ask these things because alot of times a little bit of fluid leakage will cause this. The best way is to dismount the tires and have the wheels blasted. If its rusting inside this will save your wheels.
