want to paint my new to me Oliver 55.what ACE enamel is a close match? If i have to use automotive paint what is a close match? It has JD yellow wheels now and need to change it soon.

According to Oliver stats the only Super 55,s with red wheels were 1958. All others were green. Might want to check into it, but it's yours and if you think it will look better with red , go for it.

According to the sources online my tractor should have red wheels. my rims were red but painted JD green. I'm looking for the right SHADE,because my rims are too faded under that hideous JD paint.

The fellow that bought my uncle's Oliver dealership did restorations for his collection. He always had the old IH red that he sold in the parts department for red Oliver wheels. He also sold the Minneapolis Moline prairie gold for the grills.
