Where does one buy Picklex20 metal prep

I was wondering if Picklex20 metal prep is only available online, or do local parts stores carry it? I haven't had much luck looking on line at places like O'Riley's, NAPA, etc... I live in Canada, but close to the Border near Lynden WA. If someone knows a place in Bellingham, Everett or Seattle that would be great. I can get it from a place on Vancouver Island, but I would have to pay shipping costs or a $100 boat ride. The shipping costs usually cost more than the product!

As far as I know it is online only--not well known or known at all by auto parts places. Someone who knows can correct me. I haven't bought any of it in several years, as in my climate I don't need it. I notice the price has gone up about 3x, 4x since I last bought it. The site also has info on how they handle international shipping. If you have a Home Depot I think they still have a product called Must For Rust. As far as I'm concerned it is as good as Picklex at a fraction of the cost--You might look.
