Books on painting old tractors

Sort of--the ones I have looked at are incomplete and misleading. Ask your questions on this forum. You can get a lot of information just by reading the archives on this site.

I have found trade school auto body books on Albris or Abe books for 99 cents. Some go back to the lacquer days making the paint advice obsolete but the metal bumping and glass work etc has not changed. In fact I have bought 99 cent books and sold on eBay for five bucks when I got done reading and taking a few notes. Some of your most helpful info is the paint makers tech sheets . I could not paint without knowing what the tech sheets tell me. You can watch guys paint on youtube but that doesn't mean they are doing it right either.
