Plan of Attack

I am planning to paint my CASE 310B. So far I've
just been tinkering fixing this and that. The other
posts have been a great source of info. I have a few
questions. The tractor is going to be worked/pulled so I'm not
going for museum/parade quality. I'd like it to look good, last
and be done as correct as possible. A bit of background I "painted" it 16 years ago. The sheet metal was removed, I sandblasted it (assembled) primed it with rustoleum and painted it with Central Tractor paint. The primer stayed but the paint is flaking bad.
My plan of attack is as follows
Steam clean Rinse- Detergent -Rinse again
Spray with paint remover, steam clean again
Sandblast larger areas away from gaskets
Needle scale around head, trans covers, seals etc.
Blow off with air compresser
Prime with epoxy primer (seems to be the one of choice)
Paint 2 to 3 coats of tallmans ag specialty coatings industrial enamel with hardener.
What am I missing? what's redundant or over done?
Can a needle scaler be used around valve guides and other hard to reach places?
I plan to remove the rest of the sheet metal, radiator, wheels gas tank, seat, steering cylinder and hydraulic hoses.
Thanks for any suggestions

You probably already have this in mind, but use a good wax/greaser remover to wipe down the parts just before painting, PPG"s DX330 works well.
