I have some epoxy primer, Napa 5120 and activator 5123, that I have had on the shelf for about 6 or 7 years. Should it still be good?

If you can stir the primer and it is still in a good liquid condition without lumps in it, it is probably alright. The hardener on the other hand I would replace.

What Stephen says. I have used epoxy catalyst that was maybe 2 years old -- but I keep mine refrigerated. I wouldn't use yours. But, epoxy catalyst does not have a stated "shelf life" (at least PPG doesn't) as does topcoat hardener, it will last longer.
