Supplied Air - Hose storage

The thread below on a supplied air system provoked me to add this thread. What do you do with 80 feet of hose? Do you coil it up? Do you get kinks, you know all the things that happen. I hope this will help someone.

I used a Garden Hose reel that comes in its own decorative plastic box. Picked it up and Home Depot Garden section. It has a lid and the reel and a short length of hose to connect to the faucet. On the other end a female hose fitting on one side to supply water to the reel. I connect the short hose to my Breathe Cool compressor, air hose to the reel. When needed I pull out as much hose as I need, paint and when done roll it pack up in its own storage. Remove the short hose and place it in the box. It keeps it clean and protects it from damage. So what other ideas are out there?

I am not nearly that fancy. I just coil my 50' hose up and stick it in a rubbermaid storage box. It along with the machine, head cover and paint suit go in the box. Works pretty spiffy.

Not a bad idea, my breathe cool unit has a 100' of hose to coil back up. I'll have to look at that as I was goig to find a better box or something for it.
