If you are removing all the parts and painting separately, as you should, about 6 quarts.
 
I can't give you an exact amount of epoxy, I would guess about half the amount of the topcoat. I would say 3 quarts, but a gallon is cheaper per quart, I would buy a gallon because I save it for another tractor. It definitely will not use 6 quarts. I use two coats of epoxy and 3 topcoats.
 
I usually buy a gallon of paint and a gallon of epoxy primer to paint a tractor. That is premixed so it ends being more like 2 gallons of primer and a gallon and a half of paint with hardner and reducer. I usually still have a good bit left.
