getting ready to paint

So, i've got all mechanical work done on my Farmall H.I've stripped the paint once,pressure washed it, then i misted Must for Rust on it. i got the stripper from NAPA .It worked good.I need to go over parts of it again to finish getting paint all off.The bare metal turned black where the paint came off. At some point should I use degreaser? Will Choke cleaner work?Do i need to clean the Must for rust off or can i leave it?
I don't want to leave a step out & have the paint come off in a couple of years like my last paint job. Thanks

The instructions for the must for rust should tell you to rinse excess off with water. Any places with grease oil and dirt need to be degreased. The best for this is Dollar store oven cleaner in gallons. use rubber gloves.

ditto on degreaser.

i like to degrease after scraping.. then pressure wash.. then degrease again.

I use a petro based degreaser first.. then a soap type later.. like purple power.. simple green..e tc..
