Wiping Down Tractors at a Show

What works well to wipe down tractors with at a show to give them that extra shine after it rains or they get a little dusty???

It is my belief that you want an old towel with deep nap that can absorb the dust and not push it around to scratch the paint. Of course you need to shake it frequently.

wax em before ya go.. then use that dust free lint cloth like suggested to pop the dust off and polish up the shine.

rub on oils like tire wet and stuff will attract dust and dirt..

I knew guys that would apply some atf or diesel to a rag and wipe em down. i never liked that myself..

Here is an appearance tip for shows. I once saw a couple guys unloading two extremely nice tractors. They had applied plastic wrap with a little water underneath to the front surfaces to protect from bugs.

I use a microfiber towel and some spray detailer (Pic) if needed. Using a soft clean towel and the detailer helps remove the dirt/dust and prevent scratching.
