JD classic green and adding hardner and reducer?

I"m going to paint tonight, my dad picked paint up for me
yesterday. Haven"t looked at the can yet.. I have napa
hardener and reducer.. How much should I add I was told can
calls for 10:1 paint to reducer I was thinking adding one part
harder does this sound good? 10:1:1

What brand of paint? Is it a brand from Napa or is the paint from the John Deere dealer? It will say on the can or in some cases you have to go online and look up the recomended mixing instructions. The paint from John Deere is 8 parts paint to one part hardner.

My paint is John Deere classic from Jd my reducer and hardener is from napa

Directions on the can of hardener will probably say, 8-1-1.

What would happen if u dont put any hardner in with the paint and what does it do.
