Colors for 8N

Hallo Folks.

I have a Ford 8N, and I am looking to restore it. Its radiator cap needs

replaced, the lights need hooked up, ding out some minor dents, and

PAINT it.

I have a "Tractor Supply Co." close to where I live, and was wondering if

their "MAJIC" paint's "Ford Red," and "Ford Light Gray" are appropriate and

original enough colors. The colors look pretty accurate, but wanted to hear

from you!

As to your last question, similar to a couple of hundred+ that have been on this forum since 2000 or so--the answer is no, it is alkyd enamel developed in the 30's that will fade badly and change color when doing so if you leave it outside. Check the archives for verification.
