i have a 49' ac c that im restoring, back in late summer when i started to work on it i had wire wheeled some parts to remove the paint. when i had some free time in early feb i tried to wire wheel the torque tube i was having a tough time getting the paint to come off, i was using a 6" and a 4 1/2" wire wheel it seemed to me like it wasnt coming off like i remembered it did in late summer, i was in an unheated garage and the temp was in the mid to high 20's this week i had some spare time after work and the weather was in the 40's i tried the wire wheels again and the paint came off easier, so does the air temp affect the removal of paint?
