Case Vac

Paint code for a vac case? Carburetor color, air cleaner,and radiator fins? original colors.

I don't know about Case but I've never seen anything but black for radiator. Never seen anything but main color for air cleaner. Carbs are usually main color but sometimes black. Just be sure to paint the starter and Genny orange like the rest of the tractor.

The carburetor and air cleaner would be flambeau red like the rest of the tractor. I think it would be acceptable to use either black or flambeau red for the radiator. If you would purchase a replacement radiator it would come painted black. I went to google images and looked for colors of VAC radiators and found them both colors.

For Farmall tractors there are entire books on this topic. You may want to look into that. Don't forget to check the library.

make sure you get it 100% perfect as it left the factory, or you will catch flack and grief and crying and whineing from the 'retentive' police here.
