kewanee paint

I have an old kewanee disk with the wrap around frame that I am wanting to paint it looks like it was originally a redish maroon with green bearing supports and wheels does anybody know what the correct colors would be?

By buddies newish Kewanee is more of an orange than red. It might have been red 40 years ago.

Lots of Kewanee disks had the wheels painted a shiny black. Mine that I had in the 60 s had black rims and medium green on the brg. holders , like you said. The main frame was a dark red, darker red than Oliver red. Old I H C red will be close. HTH. clint
