It is either alkyd enamel or "acrylic modified" alkyd enamel, which has UV protection. Valspar/ AGCO/JD/CaseIH, etc are not good about telling us what their paint is. It is not acrylic enamel or urethane.

Ok I think I have Alkyd enamel. Is it nessacsary to use a hardener in this paint? I am not really knowledgable about the paints. I am just looking for a desent paint job on a worn ole tractor, and this is what the massey ferguson dealer in my area sells.

Hardener is not necessary. It may add a little gloss and if you make a mistake you can correct it the next day instead of several days or weeks. In other words the paint cures faster. Hardener contains isocyanates which no charcoal mask will filter out unless it is brand new and fits perfectly. Best to use supplied air.
