what is the best way to put new decals on after painting? I had someone tell me they spray the surface with windex so they can be moved easy, but not sure about this and don"t want to ruin my decals.

Should be instructions with decals, I use the windex and works good. I also hace some strip magnets that I took out of a refrigerator that I use as a staight edge and marker for the decals, works better then marking the new paint then trying to get mark off later if the windex dosent remove it before you get the decal in place.
