tiny imperfections

I have sanded down the high build and found a few small holes like 1/8 by 1/32 type of thing that I don't believe another coat will cover. What can be applied to the primer to take care of these.

I assume that is 1/8 wide and 1/32 deep. Best to sand it out and recoat. I have had a couple of those and simply used a single stage "putty" (can't remember the name), spot painted and sanded. It works, but those will be weak spots in your finish that may or may not show up later.

you can apply the glazing putty with either a single edge razor blade or the 3m rubber squeegees. much better application than a bondo spreader. here is a link to the squeegee. they are great for wet sanding as a block on the sandpaper, and for pulling the water off as you wet sand to check your work. also work good for applying decals.
