Body Metalworking

I have worked in most areas of metalworking such as blacksmithing, welding, sheetmetal working and soldering but know absolutely nothing about straightning and shrinking body parts. Are there any good books available?

I've only done the shrinking procedure once and a long time ago. The shrinking really needs special equipment. I improvised what I did and it worked. I had a car fender that was crunched pretty good and I hammered it out as much as I could but there was a hump in the middle that would either fold in or out and wouldn't flatten out. I clamped the fender down to a heavy bench and and attached clamps to the other edge. Then I put chains and binders to the clamps and pulled it tight. I then used an acetelene torch and heated the hump red hot and while hot I dabed the spot with a rag on a stick with cold water on it working from the hump outward to the edge. The hump flattened out enough I could fill it with less than 1/8" of bondo.
