Okay, getting ready to move my 4 new toys and start tearing them down for restoration... bought tons of new tools today and cant wait to start. My question... I was really hoping to do maybe a two tone old/new Cat yellow paint job. tracks black with yellow bolts, or yellow with black bolts, with body being two tone, engine transmission old yellow, body new... Something to make the tractors pop. BUTTTTTTT, I also dont want to ruin the value of the tractor, and restoration time... should i try to make the tractors look like tonka trucks or should i paint EVERYTHING Old Cat Yellow? What would be worth more in the end if i was to sell a couple of them when i'm done? I'd obviously like to keep all of them but that wont be practical at this point in my life so i have to consider what will make the tractors worth more... Ideas???
