Ask on the JD forum if someone here doesn't answer, but I am sure it is the early color, which I suppose is classic--I don't have any John Deere tractors.
 
The classic is used for JD 2 cylinders,the Ag is used for the newer tractors,The clasic is a lighter green but many use it on the older tractors,and its cheaper
