Utb power steering question.

I am having problems with the steering on my USB 651m. Iso there anyone out there familiar with the servo mother assembly? When I pulled it apart there were 4 mounted springs and 4 loose ones. They were assembled such that they fit into 8 recesses and I cannot see that they could ever serve any purpose this way. Are they supposed to be stacked into the 4 holes corresponding to the mounted springs?
Also, anyone know what the corresponding long tractor for this model would be?

There is no LONG tractor counter part for a UTB 650 series because LONG never used that model in their lineup. However UTB I think may have copied the 560 IHC tractor when they built the 650. The function and design is almost identical to the one used in a 560 IHC. I don't think parts will interchange but a 560 service may be of some help to you. Romanian service and parts manuals leave a lot to be desired. How ever I may have one I could sell you if you need it.
