Long 460 won't turn over

Just bought a Long 460. Ran good until I bushoged a little. Just stopped. Cranks but won't turn over. New battery. Guy I got from just used it to bushog. It runs a little rough. Doesn't smoke much. Seems like engine may be locked. I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

So you're saying the engine is locked up and not turning over? No.1 does it have the correct amount of oil in it? Did the oil light come on? Was the guy you bought it from running it with
the PTO clutch lever in the up position?

He was driving it with pto running only when tractor moved. He didn't know much about the tractor. Oil level is between min and max. I don't know if instrument lights even work.

Just took fan belt off. Starter is trying to turn engine. It will move a little. What can I do to free it up. Thanks.

Ok. Got tractor started and running. Seems like it is heating up and engine stalling.

(quoted from post at 18:01:38 05/29/17) Is the fan belt tight enough to turn the fan OK? Also has anyone put a new thermostat in it or taken the old thermostat out?

Tried to upload video. Started after it cooled down. Doesn't look like t stat is new. Seems like it is knocking. Runs good then Boggs down and smoke starts coming out of crank breather exhaust port at bottom of tractor. Still hard to start and turn over. Just changed the oil and out side screw on filter. Noticed engine oil was a little milky. I even ran new oil to flush out engine. I'm no diesel guru for sure. Thanks for the help by the way.
