Tuff-Bilt was built by Tri-Tractor and later Southeastern Industrial Resources, Inc., from 1974 to 1989. In 2007 it was purchased and moved to Paint Rock, AL. Cleber (Oggun) attempted to license the Tuff-Bilt in 2015 to be eventually built in Cuba, but then just copied it, using a Tuff-Bilt in various ads and demonstrations. Cleber is building the tractors in Paint Rock, AL as the Cuba plant has not been approved by Cuba.
