Blowing oil from dipstick

Just got a 1989 belarus 400a today hasn't been ran in about a year... got it running to see that oil pressure is building up and pumping oil out of the oil dipstick tube... the dipstick will still be seated as it should be...
Another issue is rpm gauge doesn't work (maybe cable)
Temp gauge is pegged all the way to the right
The shifter lever is messed up won't go into gear...
My main concern is the oil and temp then the shifter but I have an idea on it...

Only thing I can address would be the dip stick. I'll assume the engine vent tube or breather cap,whichever it has,is plugged. Sounds like excessive blowby,possibly from the rings being partially stuck from sitting. When the pistons go up on compression,it's leaking by in to the bottom end of the engine and that pressure has to go somewhere,so it blows the dipstick out.

The temp gauge issue could possibly be a bad ground wire to the gauge.

Now I'm thinking the clutch is out I tried to adjust the clutch with no luck...
The fingers are bet work where it pushes the throw out bearing...
Wonder what it's worth as she sits?
I found a clutch for 997.00 but don't mind spending that money on it but... I never split one before I feel like I could since I'm very mechanically inclined

What's the issue with the clutch? Just won't disengage? It could be rusted to the flywheel or the splines.

CLUTCH is non functioning?No Starter, (I own a spare starter.) Engine has lots of compression (there is a decompressor on engine) Starts fine, has a history of no problems (contacted original owner). Purchased as my daily user Belarus has problems in the transmission...bearings?

You asked how much...paid $600.00. Tractor has no history of oil usage and no problems in the transmission. Clutch is non functional? I changed the CLUTCH assembly (my parents 400 Belarus)back around 1982 and had no challenges . You do require the Manual....see pictures.

The Belarus 400 Tractor has more POWER than the designed traction / TIRES. I designed ADAPTOR SPOOLS that attach to the Axel and allow MASSEY FERGUSON 88 WHEELS and HUBS..30" Tires filled with Calcium to attach on to the Axel studs. Not all Belarus 400's came with the LONG axel studs...mine did. This is why I was able to attach Adaptor Spools to the Axels. My parts Tractor has Short Axel studs:

I split TRACTOR as per PITURE.There are many ELECTRICAL wires that have to be disconnected. I purchased connectors, cut wires, reconnected so if I require splitting the tractor again there will be no time lost with wiring issues.

As far a reliability the Daily user (1979 date of manufacturing)has 4000 + Hrs. Cold winters feeding cattle daily and the Transmission developed noises? Daily user now sits in shed awaiting TLC.

I went ahead and split it a few days ago did it in about 4 hours...

My question now is can I run a AutoZone coolant temp gauge in the filter?

Alt gauge downy work either but am not worried about it

As I have a parts Tractor I'm going to install a Stewart Warner Mechanical temperature gauge:

The OIL Separator / Filter housing shall be drilled and threaded, North American NPT.

After the 30" Tires (from a MF 88 Tires & Rims ) had no life left in them, I purchased TWO CASE 610 B Tractors (parts Tractors with near New rear tires) with 16.9 X 28 Tires.
