Just came home from looking at 2 tractors that the man was hoping I would buy and restore. Sadly I don't have the room to take them on. One is a Huber (year and model unknown, but believed to be 1935?) the other is an early Massey Harris. Both tractors are in pieces, and have a ton, maybe even two tons of spare parts. I counted 4 Huber hoods, four transmissions, several Buda engines (gas), extra rear ends, manifolds, carbs, axle parts, etc. These were his father's and since his parents have now passed he needs to get rid of them so he can sell the property.
