Hello All- I have a newly exposed Planet Jr. two-wheel tractor remnant (ser- 507582) with a Briggs Model 6S (Type- 701097, Ser- 827897). It has a broken tire, but seems to be functionally there with respect to the driveline. Does anyone know if the tires are still available? Currently, I am in search of manuals and info, as she sits in the barn soaking in penetrating fluid.

Maybe a model BP-1. My book shows a Briggs NR6 engine in it though, for 1953 and your 6RS is also a 1953.

Thank you for the awesome information. Do you know if there is a difference between the "Tuffy" and the "Super Tuffy"?

Tuffy in 1953 had a 5S Briggs engine. Super Tuffy in 1966 had a 80202 Briggs engine. I have a Super Tuffy and an original manual.

Thank you for the additional info. Mine is a Super Tuffy with the double handles, ag wheels, and a 6S B&S. Have you heard of anyone having/still manufacturing replacement rubber?

They are available, any farm tire shop can get you 1 or 2.
