PIERCE GOVERNOR PARTS

Can someone tell me where I might purchase parts for a Pierce Governor? I have mod GC914 2 9. I would buy the whole unit if I can find one. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Apparently, Pierce Hoof quit making governors & parts in 2009.

What parts do you need, seal and bearings are "generic".

"Foley Engines" at one time had parts, don't know if they're sold out. If they have any parts left, don't expect "cheap/reasonable".

I was looking for the lever that has a cable connected to the carb and the "shoulder bolt" that it sets on.

Sounds like you are looking for the arm that the linkage or cable from the throttle lever connects to.

Is it similar to the arm at the link below? If they can't supply a shouldered bolt it would be a simple thing to make in the lathe.
