This little tractor needs some TLC and new owner. My deceased father spent several hundred dollars and never got it to run after him and
friends rebuilt motor. Now it has sit long enough that motor has stuck. I would like to sell it to someone interested in restoring. Unsure what to
ask for it.
Located in Northeast Arkansas near Bootheel of Missouri.

Yes Moline bought out B. F. Avery but they droped the model that was the Model A Avery from the line. They Kept the Model V that was a smaller wide front tractor. They also kept the larger Model R and renamed it the BF and brought out the BG that stood for Garden version. They had to change the Avery Model R to something rlse as they already had a Model R in their line so they chose BF as that was the first part of the actuall name of the B. F. Avery Company that built the Avery line of machinery. To start the Avery came from the Cletrac General that Avery bought and was basicaly the same tractor as the Wards Twin Row and if I remember correctly it was also sold as a Coop model, I know it was the small tractor in a different line.

In the pictures it shows the cultivator mounting brackets, do you have them? If so sell only as complete unit. And you do not have the optional hydrolic system to lift the cultivators or it is not on the tractor but may be with the cultivators.

NO, never Massey anything. Massey had the Pony. The earlier versions were Cletrac and also Wards Twin-row. But when they went to the rounded grill only B F Avery and built in Kentuckey. The Cletrac version was built in Northeast Ohio and the only Cletrac to be built as a wheel tractor.
