Removing Deutz 4006 Starter

We've recently inherited a Deutz 4006 tractor and we are new to working on tractors.
We are currently trying to replace the starter but we are having a problem taking it off the tractor. One edge of the starter is bumping up against a metal hydraulic hose
(see picture) while the other end of the starter has to get over a small metal collar.
Is there a special trick to getting this starter off? Or do we just pry it off using a
screw driver? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

The hyd tube will have to come off to give you enough room. The starter has to be pulled back at least 2-3 inches .

Thanks for the info. Will we need to bleed the hydraulic line after doing this? Or do we just put it back together and the hydraulics will still work?
