I bought a Belarus 500 recently. I put new batteries in it and hooked it up for 24 volt instead the 12 volt they had. Ground was bad at the push button cutout, so fixed that and got a good ground. Tractor fired and ran. I notice she leaks a little on the injector pump, but otherwise typical old tractor. I have tried everything I can think of to get the three point to lower. It is all the way up. I read the post on the 820 but no joy. Guess I need a pretty picture to understand. There are four levers on the dash and one on the side of the steering column, slightly similar to my Allis Chalmers tractors. I see the linkage that comes from the dash levers down to the floor and back to the selector valve, between the batteries and under the seat. There is also a lever on the floor under the selector valve for God knows what. Seems to have 3 positions. Also, there is a shuttle on top of the selector that looks like a L trying to be a triangle and can be moved manually. Then there is a small rod coming off the selector valve going alongside the hydraulic actuator, back to the 3 point. On the rear of the actuator there is a small pin that can be pushed in or pulled out (looks like the size of a roll pin). There Is a set of remotes on the rear, left side of gas tank and a set of remotes on the right side, just forward of the cab. There is also a 2 position lever there. With that having been said, can anyone tell me how to get the 3 point to work like it is suppose to? It looks as bad as trying to drive a 3 stick truck. I did have fun figuring out the transmission. Tractor seems built pretty stout just everything works backwards. Any help would be appreciated because I am about to forget it and her. P.S. PTO doesn't engage in either position also.
