Tuff-Bilt Tractor

I picked up today an old Tuff-bilt tractor, I think it is from the late 70's. Does anyone have any owner manuals for these tractors that can be emailed to me? I know the company recently got bought out and they are still making them, but I cannot find any information on the older ones. The tractor does not run but I am pretty sure it will fire up with a little maintenance. I bought it with the understanding it needed a little work. There are two switches next to the key that I have no idea what they go to. I think one may go to an electric fan used to cool the hydraulics but it is hard to follow the wires back. If you have any information I would love to hear from you. Thanks.

The gas tank has a sticker on it that says Tuff-bilt. The tag on the rear axle says Tri-Tractor MFG Co. Model 77 Type 7

Do you think it is a tuff-bilt? I could be off with the year. The guy I bought it from told me it was from the late 70's but I have no way of proving that.

Sounds like it is a Tuff Bilt,I have a Hines H-1600 which looks almost identical to a Tuff Bilt and they were built in the early 1980's.I've often wondered if Tuff Bilt didn't
continue the Hines line after they quite building tractors as they only built around 400 of them.
