I have a Shepard sickle bar mower with a plate from Hanover PA And I was wondering if there are any more shepard Imp's out there in YT land?

Their tractors were built about an hour's drive from my home. The farmer across the from my wife's family home had one of their tractors. I think it was a diesel and pulled a 3 bottom plow. This was in 1955 shortly after I was discharged from the Army. I lost my wallet when I rode on the tractor. Never did find it. Hal

Have seen Sheppard plows, cultivators, cultipackers, loaders, backhoe.I'm sure there is other stuff,I would have to drag out all my Sheppard brochures.I don't know if they made all the implements, might be rebadged.Have also seen a International 2M mounted picker on a SD-3 Sheppard. They had nowhere to mount the batteries,so the put them right on top of the hood.

You may have the only mower with Sheppard tag in existance. not many shipped . cultivators and cultipackers were made in house and just about everything else was rebadged. I worked there for about two years and never saw a mower shipped.plows were dempster. and i helped with construction of several backhoes.and did a little test on the four cyl tractor. then the army got me. Off to Korea.
