Nuffield 10/60 injection pump rebuild

Hello, Id like to have the injection pump rebuilt on my Nuffield 10/60. Can anyone recommend a reliable place I can send the pump away to be rebuilt. I found a few places with an internet search but would be more comfortable getting a recommendation.

Thanks, John

any good pump shop should be ok... they are a simms pump, same as a Fordson Major or later ford, someplaces will claim they can't get parts for them now, but that is cow pie (male)... parts may take some finding but they are out there... Had mine done a few years ago by my local pump guy (who is about to retire)

Thanks for the reply OJ. I dont know of anyplace "local" I might try this place http://dwdiesel.com/services/custom-component-repairs-remanufacturing/
They have a location about 2 hours from me.

Hi OJ
Has the snow finally gone up that way, I need to head up and see bob for parts again?
Just reading your reply about your pump guy retiring, who do you use as i'm hoping its not John up by the north hill in Brandon. He's the best guy round for these english pumps he worked for CAV in the U.K, If he quits a guy might as well send it back to England, from some story's i hear of other places. A place in SK destroyed 2 fordson e27n p6 pumps for my friend over there..
Regards Robert

Hey Robert, snow has gone, went quite early really, I used Dave McMillan on Park Ave in Brandon, I don't think he's retired from yet, but I'm expecting it to happen o e of these days. Does your pump guy work for Western Diesel? I beard the a little while back that Donald who ran British Tractor Wreckers in Unity Sask has passed away... Was hoping that there would be an auction but I've not heard anything about one.

Which Bob do you see for parts???

Hope all is well down there.
