Victory Tractor

Has anyone heard of or know of any information on the Victory Tractor? It was built in my home town of Greensburg Indiana, in the late teens to early 20's. two models were built, a 3 wheel and a 4wheel

The book I have shows a Victory 10-20 made in 1919 and a 9-18 made in 1920-1921. They are alike except the 10-20 has a Dixie magneto the 9-18 has
a Splitdorf. Otherwise all the specifications are
the same. They are 3 wheel with a Gray 3 1/2 x 5
motor rated for two 14-in plows and a price of
$1385. It does not show a four wheel.

Sorry re' late reply--don't get into site much...
Wendels Std Cat has pic of the 9-18 (looks like originally 10-20 downrated to 9-18) as a 3 wheel (Googlebook omits a couple of pgs here that'd have more info)...
Downrating sounds likely as the Gray 31/2x5 sounds light for much tractor power...
The 15-30 must therefor be the 4 wheel; it came, as mentioned above, with a Wauk 41/4x53/4, possibly the BU4R engine.
There're also listings with specs and maybe more pix in Wendels Ency and in I&T's tractor histories Vol I...
I should think your local Historical Society and/or your local public library'd have more info, the library possibly in their historical documents section and/or in microfilm copies on the then local paper...good luck searching
