Looking for Earthmaster CH parts tractor

HI. I am looking for a whole parts tractor or frame rails and rear end for a Earthmaster CH tractor. My CH Earthmaster has cracked/welded/re-cracked frame rails and the bolt holes in the rear end are stripped/egged shaped/ busted out. From this, the rear end was filled up with water and rusted the teeth on the shifting gears away as well. I hope someone can help me out, since I am trying to restore this rare and hard to find tractor that I bought out of a museum this spring.

Hi Troy go to the Yahoo Earthmaster Tractor shed site I know there are some guys with parts tractor that may have what you need, as for the frame rails being cracked and weld this was a common problem and can be repaired but your tranny diff some like it has serious problems.

Thanks GB. I will try it out. By the way, do you know what color scheme goes with a 1948 CH Earthmaster and if there is a decal place that offers decal set for this Earthmaster tractor?

Hi GB again. I am having a problem trying to get onto Yahoo Earthmaster Tractor Shed site. Can you help me out on how to get navigated on there? Thanks

Troy, Yes,we have answers for almost all of your questions on the Yahoo Earthmaster Tractor Shed site. You may need to apply for membership because we had to go to a restricted site because of spammers and con artist. The membership is free and as soon as you apply, either Greg or I will get you ushered right in with all privileges to hunt answers. We also have a list of part suppliers and the substitutes for parts NLA. Gene Davis

Gene: I received a confirm e-mail today stating that I was accepted as a member of Yahoo Earthmaster Tractor Shed site. I hope this is what you are talking about. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do to be able to find frame rails and rear end for my Earthmaster restoration project from this group. Thanks,Troy

Good luck finding your parts tractor. My dad owned an Earthmaster from 1972 to 1993. I sold it upon his death in 1993 to help Mom pay bills. He had front and rear weights, plow, and the 1 row coultivator for it. Sorta wish I could have kept it. Motor ran, but smoked badly.

Anyway, I have only seen 3 Earthmasters in my life. Dad's and 2 others sitting at used dealer's back in the day. All 3 of them had that broken frame at the juncture to the tranny and had been welded. According to Dad, it was real weak spot as he had never seen one that had not been broken and welded there. I would plan on simply re-inforcing that area and make it look nice instead of butcher welding though even if you are lucky enough to find some nice frame rails.

I had one several years ago, and yes that was a very veek point on them.
I thought it vas a rare tractor till I tried to sell it.

Biewer's Tractor at Barnesville, Minnesota had one to sell, don't know if they have it yet. Their phone #218 493 4696
