Not good, get a pressure tester on the radiator and see whats happening.Sounds like you might have cracked something, and it opens up when you get it hot.

Hi
It might be a crack in the bottom of the block where the cylinder sleeve sit's. I think this is a wet sleeve motor. If so there should be a groove, with an O ring in it to seal the sleeve to the block.
If the crack is in the thin part between 2 cylinders, when it's hot it might expand and dump the water. seen this on a Fordson Major and a Belarus before.
Like the other poster said do a pressure test. Drain the oil, fill the water if needed. leave the pan plug out with a clean container under it.

With the pressure water should come out the pan plug, it might take a while to creep out with the motor cold.
If it does pull the oil pan,Fill the water again, pressure again, and you should see it leaking and be able to ,pinpoint it.

I just hope it leaks cold as it's a pain getting a motor up to hot, either putting oil back in and running,or pouring gallons of boiling water in to get it to expand and show the crack.
We just did a 466 international motor. We thought it had 1 cylinder leak. The pressure test showed way more cylinders leaking than expected, but they showed up cold which was a plus!
