hello from pat out in n. calif.-would love some advice on a wauk engine im an old prewar buda forklift-a very small 4 cyl flat head;need advice on removing the harmonic balancer;has a lovejoy chain coupling sprocket in front of it,and can't figure how to remove-just got through having to cut the rig in 1/2 to even get down there!! so i'm not going to quit now!hope this somehow reaches you or others who can help-thanks in advance from pat [email protected] or 707 695 4750

Clayton: Wauk/Dresser still has manuals for the ICK (your -160 is the variation number or works number re' accessories etc), at least they did have last time I checked their literature list. It states only available thru local dealers.
Manuals show up on EBay, probably cheaper, but may be older versions; Wauk updated some manuals, showing Number XXXX, Edition__. I think I've seen up to Edition 11--presumably Wauk/Dresser would have the last version.
You can try waukeshaenginehistoricalsociety.org (com?) for build sheets, but they're all volunteer, so may not reply immediately. They have no parts, but I'm not clear on whether they suggest sources.
If John hasn't lined you up with a parts source, or you haven't found one, I may be able to mention some additional obsolete engine parts sources. Be careful with the mains; the ICK has roller bearing mains, and I understand they're not easy to find. Good luck.
