820 belarus 3 point??

Looking at a 820 belarus. Cant seem to figure out how to get the 3 point to go up or down?? There are 4 levers and i think one is for the 3-point(the inside one closest to the steering wheel) What are these extra levers for?? Two for the hydrolic remotes and two for ???? Thanks for any help!!!

not done much with 820 I think the inside 2 near the steering wheel are external spools It might be one set piped to the back and t'd off to middle of tractor and one set to the middle only depends if guys added extra couplings at back. The 3rd lever should be 3 point I think and the 4th might be pressure control from memory i think push that 4th one forward and then back one click and then arms should work with 3rd lever watch that though, as the lift arm cylinder is double acting and if you push down with an implement on it will pick the rear wheels off the ground, if it works right. for position control there should be a lever by the side of the seat on R/H side that will bring the arms up and down to but the draft unit under the seat has to be set right for that to work.the front lever overrides this function.
I have a book here someplace for this tractor if your stuck let me know and i'll try find it and help you more.
I work a lot on the newer series and they are totally different. Im remembering this from an old 500 series I think thats about the same only the position lever is on the steering wheel tube opposite the stop lever on those.

I found my book while looking for a torque setting for the 825 I'm working on now.
Looks like I got no 3& 4 wrong way round 4 (furthest from wheel is 3 pt control.
I was not sure before but it looks like this tractor may have A transport/safety lock on it for the 3pt as well Depending how old or what version of an 820 it is. That may be a pull rod located at the rear where the cylinder is for the lift. if it's locked with the arms up nothing will move with the levers in the cab until it's un locked.
There are different tractors/ model numbers depending on country :-( so this can get confusing real quick with what tractor you are actually looking at!.

This tractor also had a new water pump and radiator installed, do you think that i should be concerned with the moter having gotten hot?? Any common problems associated with this??

It could be the water pump bearings went south and the fan hit the rad. seen that a few times. head gaskets can fail sometimes and ive seen the odd cracked head. Nothing real unusual that doesn't happen to any motor in any tractor to watch for really.
Make sure there is no oil floating in the rad top, and no water in the engine oil( white oil/ creamy white stripes)Run her up and make sure it don"t boil or blow water out the rad.
If ya real interested before starting it loosen the sump plug, to the last thread or so. Then see if antifreeze/ water drips out before oil. that can tell you a thing or to as well.
I"ve seen some antifreeze mix that sat in the bottom and didn"t color the oil. was kinda a surprise when a gallon of green came out before the oil.
Check for diesel in the oil as well, Ive seen the odd one where the primer pump leaks fuel internally into the motor through the injector pump and down into the crank case!
