Belarus diesel engine tractor

My son and i are in Sweden visiting family. My cousin said his tractor quit. It just shut down and won"t start. My son knows some about diesels and took out the injectors and cleaned them Then he cleaned all the parts up to the fuel tank. Still won"t start. Can anyone help?

What model Belarus is it dose it have 4 cyl air cooled 2 cyl air cooled or 4cyl water cooled motor. I need to know this, and I might be able to help. It depends what you are working on.

Whatever model Belarus it is,it should have a hand primer pump on the injection pump.You will have to pump it up and bleed it.
 
Yes that is correct but if it is a rotary pump on a v6 or an air cooled there is an odd ball thing that happens and bleeding it won"t help. Also there is a right way to bleed that rotary pump. been there with pump issues more than once on a 250 and a 420 motor in a co op swather.
