I am in need of a gear housing for a wico type a magneto 633-9431 is the only numbers on it the gear housing is part #x5292 or a complete mag for a 1936 centaur kv does any one have any idea where i might find find one thanks

Thanks I have already talked to rich at standard mag they are trying to find a used piece to fix mine with .I guess new is not avaible

They also made a distributor for that tractor. The part number is IGW-4121A made by Autolite. You can convert that mag to a distributor if the points will open and close & by using an auto type coil.
You would need to run battery voltage to a switch
and from the switch to the coil and another wire to your points. You still need the condenser too and disconnect the mag's coil wire to the points. Hal
PS: That distributor is probably scarce.
