I need a bolt that has a large head, 13/16, and a 1/2 inch shaft with metric course threads. The tread shaft is approximately 5/16. On the head of the bolt there is an O ring. This is located on the power steering unit and is the high point in the resevoir system. The shaft has a a grove in it to allow air to escape from the system when it is loosened. |

| ORB plugs,(if this is what it is) are available from hydraulic suppliers, such as "Baum Hydraulics". They have the same threads as JIC 37 degree flare fittings..but have an o-ring groove. Most of the world uses United States JIC flare, or ORB o-ring fittings, because it it a world Aerospace standard, used in Commercial aircraft. There are Metric hydraulic fittings, however there is no "Standard" For instance, German metric, and Japanese Metric, use different thread sizes, and don"t interchange. |
