Does anybody on here know anything about these tractors? I have got one that came to me in a bucket and I rebuilt the engine for the owner. The tactor starts and runs but I have no throttle control and won't shut off. The linkage seems to move when the engine is stopped. The throttle linkage and governor were all intact when I got it and I haven't taken it apart other than covers off to look for unhooked linkage.
