Concave Washer needed for Long Model 960 Disc

I have a Long Model 960 8' disc. I need a concave washer that attaches the furrow filler disc to the support that holds the furrow disc. The Long part number for the washer is 16796. Farmtrac bought out Long Manufacturing, and Farmtrac went under in 2008. Does anyone know who bought out Farmtrac and their supply of parts?

Or does anyone know where I can find the washer. The washer is concave, has a 5/8 inch hole in the center, is approximately 3/4 inches thick at the center, and is approximately 4-1/2 to 5 inches in diameter.

At first glance that site does not appear to have the concave washer, but they might be able to make it. It just might be too expensive as my first try to find it.
