Long 350 transmission oil

I bought a reproduction manual for my Long 350. It says the transmission uses 20w40 API oil (17 qts.). Is this regular engine oil, and where can I find it? Can 15w40 be safely used (it is more readily available here), or is there a better substitute that I can use? Thanks for the help.
 
I use UTF in my 350. I have for the last couple years. You probably have the same repo manual as I do. When I saw W20/40 I started calling around. I called the local fuel and oil dist. and they told me about the UTF.
 
This former Long dealer used/recommended FNH spec 134 in trans, hyd, diff, pow stg and SAE 140 in final drives and stg gearbox.
 
Just got a Long 350 at the house. My first tractor and first diesel engine. Where did you get your reproduction manual? There are items that I do have questions about if any one is that patient LOL. Would like to hear opinions on some aspects of this tractor.
