Earthmaster Front wheel seals ...

Is there a place to get new ones or should I just soak them in oil and put them back in. They seem to be just dust seals that go between the hub and the vertical part of the axle.

Also, any idea where I can get a new oil filler cap? Mine has holes drilled in it and would like to replace if I could.

Are they made like ordinary grease seals? If so, you may be able to get them matched at a good parts house. It is amazing how many seals interchange. If it is felt or just leather, I would be hesitant about soaking them in oil, because oil attracts dust and dirt. Maybe someone can enlighten us both on this.
 
No they aren't ordinary seals. They seem to be a stamped out dense felt or possibly leather (didn't think about that possibility). The go into the back side of the hub and spin on a brass collar/sleeve to keep dirt from coming in the back of the hub.
 
I needed FELT front wheel seals for a Diamond T
pickup truck, and found them in a "National" oil seal catalog, under "Felt Seals" in the Index.
National is now part of Timken and are sold as
Timken oil seals. Their seal catalog is about as
thick as the old Sears Roebuck catalog, but still
lists "Felt Seals" in the index, and sizes are
by Inside Diameter X Outside Diameter X Thickness
