I googled "badgerequipmentco", and under their
corporate history, is a list of INSLEY models

They may be affiliated with, or were manufactured
by "Badger Mfg." of Winona, Minnesota. Badger
made "Hopto", and was part of "Warner & Swasey"
and subcontracted to some lesser known brands,
and also made"Burro" railroad cranes. Some of
their models were the same machine, with different
names on them.
I've seen new "Insley" models sitting on the
shipping line at Badger, in Winona Minnesota.

If nothing definite turns up here, try sites like hcea, heavyequipmentforum or possibly stripmine, if it's still there. Good luck.
