I HAVE A 70 MODEL LONG 350 MANUAL 6-SPEED AND MY PROBLEM IS THE POWER STEERING STARTS GETTING HARD TO TURN AND LOCKS UP AT TIMES WHERE YOU CANNOT TURN IT WITH BOTH HANDS.WHEN IT DOES THIS THE HYDRAULIC FLUID WILL NOT REGISTER ON DIPSTICK TO THE RIGHT OF SHIFT LEVER.WHEN THIS HAPPENS YOU CAN PULL-OUT ENGINE OIL DIPSTICK AND FLUID WILL RUN OUT DIPSTICK HOLE. THE ENGINE CRANKCASE BECOMES OVER FULL SO HOW DOES HYDRAULIC OIL GET INTO CRANKCASE.

Sounds like you have a seal gone in the power steering pump. It is fitted to the timing cover right in line with the main hydraulic pump, so if either pump has a leaky seal the oil will drain from the power steering reservoir or the gearbox/rear end & end up in the engine sump.
Be VERY careful running the tractor with the sump oil over the MAX mark on the dipstick, because if the tractor starts running on the oil splashed up from the sump, the engine will just run out of control until it self destructs, unless you can throttle the air intake in time (scary & dangerous to do). There are a few videos of this on various diesel engines on Youtube.
My UTB (Long) 445 has a similar leak, but not nearly so bad. I check the sump oil every time I start it & if it's too full I drain some off back to the MAX mark. I fill the power steering reservoir with just sufficient for the PS to work.
