Le Roi AG48

I just bought an Le Roi AG 48 the owner tells me its a rare tractor it has front mount hyd pump with a 3pth but no pto . i would like to some history on it which would be great for i do not know a hole lot on this model tractor .Thanks Alex

You might have a Centaur, built by LeRoi (Centaur Div of Leroi Company, Greenwich, OH)??
They built a KV48 (hiway mower/industrial??), AG could mean agricultural model; if so, should have LeRoi engine, probably D133 or D140 depending on age/model. May well be a rare model.
LeRoi quit engine field (engine line bought by Wauk), continued in air compressors.

yeah it says AG48 right on the serial tag with Le Roi at the top and Centaur right below it . I belieave it might be a 1949 ?

Sorry, can"t help on dates. You"d probably get more activity by reposting for info on Centaur AG48, as Centaur is much more widely recognized than LeRoi. Good luck.
