Oliver Hart Parr 70 standard

I have what I think is a Oliver Hart Parr 70 standard (saved from scrap man) according to the serial number on the engine but wanted to confirm exactly what it is. It looks like the serial number reads 300447 which I'm guessing is a 1936 model. Is this a standard or Orchard model 70? The reason I ask is because the pictures of standards I've seen out there don't have the front extension on the fenders but the orchard models do. Can anyone give me some more information regarding this model?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I do not believe serial numbers had any significance to being a standard or an orchard but I am not an expert on 70,s like some on this board. Does yours have fenders that look like this?
